- Verified CC **** – can hear squeaking while performing parking lot menuvors – driver front inner tie rod loose – passenger front ball joint excessively loose and causing it to bind *** recommend replacing the driver side lower control arm – suggest replacing both inner and outer tie rod on the driver side
- Replaced worn RF lower ball joint.
- Replaced worn Left Front inner and outer tie rod ends.
- Set front toe to spec. Rear toe slighty out, not adjustable.

- Test lvl 1 – Customer states Rear of vehicle feels like it is wiggling. Test for cause of shake and advise repairs. The bolts are freed up. Will need alignment. May need toe links if they don't adjust.
- Will need left rear upper control arm and both rear trailing arms replaced. Will also need rear sway bar links and alignment.
- CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Upper Rear

- Test drove vehicle to identify customer complaint, while on test drive it was noticed there is a brake pulsation in the steering wheel while braking along with a rotational noise Once back at shop and on the lift there was a small amount of smoke coming from the right rear and the wheel is hard to turn At this time replacement of right rear caliper, pads and rotor are needed Recommend replacement of front rotors for pulsation and rear tires for the rotational noise
