    • Has not been run through system Safety- Fails, RF inner tie rod end excess play, RF inner cv axle boot ripped apart, slinging grease. Both front lower control arm rear bushings separating. Emissions- Fails, check engine light on, ECU code P0420 Catalyst system efficiency below threshold, ABS code C0057 VDC control interruption because of engine instructions
    • Replaced RF inner tire rod end
    • Aligned, set rear and front toe, other measurements in spec.
    • Replaced RF cv axle shaft
    • Replaced both front lower rearward control arm bushings
    • Replaced both front stabilizer links
    • ECU code P0420 Catalyst system efficiency below threshold, ABS code C0057 VDC control interruption because of engine instructions

    • Further Repairs needed: -Severe fluid leak from transmission -Missing dip stick for transmission -Both front axles spraying grease -Needs front subframe rotted with holes -Rear struts leaking -Right front outer tie rod loose -Right rear strut loose -Right rear wheel bearing has play -Rear brakes rusty
    • -Confirmed car does not move when clutch pedal is engaged or disengaged -R&R Charge Air Cooler to gain access to slave cylinder -Slave cylinder and clutch fork are both moving correctly -All shift linkages connected and functioning properly -Will need to remove transmission for any further diag to see if it is a clutch or input shaft issue -Removed transmission to find the clutch debris coating flywheel, pressure plate, and input shaft indicating it needs a new clutch -Also noticed the input shaft housing is cracked – For proper repair parts needed are *Flywheel *Clutch *Pressure plate *Throwout bearing *Pliot bearing and input shaft -Remove transmission to access clutch
    • Customer states Rear Oxygen Sensor near wheel well needs to be replaced. They have the sensor on passenger seat. Identify what it will required to replace and advise service.
