- Perform Courtesy Inspection of vehicle and list any findings
- Tried to start the car and started to crank then stopped and we lost all electrical power. Upon testing the battery we found the positive cable was not connected. The battery tested okay. Cleaned the positive terminal and attached the cable. The car started and is charging at 14 volts. Car was okay on test drive
